How soon can I be seen?
Appointments are typically available within 3–5 business days.
What platform do you use for telehealth?
We use Charm EHR, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform designed specifically for healthcare.
Can you prescribe controlled substances like stimulants or benzodiazepines?
We follow best practice prescribing guidelines. We do not prescribe benzodiazepines long-term and do not exceed FDA-approved dosing for stimulants.
Do you offer therapy or just medication management?
We offer both therapy and medication management, depending on your needs. Therapy is available as a supportive tool alongside medication.
Is genetic testing required?
Not at all. We offer Genomind testing as an optional tool to help guide medication decisions and improve treatment outcomes.
How do I become a new patient?
Just schedule an initial appointment through our website. We'll assess your needs and build a personalized treatment plan.
What payments do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Cigna (provider-specific). We also offer self-pay and pre-pay options.
If you're using out-of-network insurance benefits, we are happy to provide a superbill—a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurer in advance to understand your out-of-network coverage.
All care provided at WellBeing NP is delivered through HIPAA-compliant platforms, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are protected at every step.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
